You may, however, download material that is required for the sole purpose of assisting you in placing an order. This Privacy Policy describes the current policies and practices of Oscar & Lulu with regard to Personal Data collected by us from you directly and/or through www.oscarandlulu.com.au. The term ‘Personal Data’ refers to personally identifiable information about you, such as your name, e-mail address or mailing address and telephone number.

QUALITY

All our products come with a Quality Guarantee. Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your items and share your concerns with us. We pride ourselves on the quality of our products, and in the unlikely event of failure, we will attempt to rectify any defective product within 7 days.

Our Quality Guarantee is offered in good faith, and we expect customers to only use it in good faith. Oscar & Lulu reserves the right to refuse a customer a refund for any reason if, in our sole discretion, we think the customer is abusing the policy.

AVAILABILITY

At Oscar & Lulu, we try our best to keep most of the products listed on the website in stock. All in stock products will be represented on our website as IN STOCK and ships out next within our shipping guidelines. Sometimes, when we have sold out of a certain product, it may take a while for the item to be ordered and to arrive at our warehouse.

If we are unable to supply you with the product that you have ordered, we will contact you via e-mail or phone with the details that you have provided to alter, cancel or refund your order as per your request. If you decide to wait and put your order on back order, we will inform you once the product has arrived back in stock and arrange for it to be shipped out.

SHIPPING

We aim to ship your order as soon as possible, but please allow up to 10 business days for us to ship as we can get very busy at times! Your order will be sent via courier with Couriers Please and will require a signature on delivery. (Couriers Please is our preferred partner, however way may use other courier companies or Australia Post). Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of Oscar & Lulu.

RETURNS

Should any goods be unfit for purpose, we are happy to exchange them for you. Should you wish to return any goods for exchange, we require an email stating the issue, in order for us to address the matter, and issue a return authorisation number. We regret that we give no refunds of orders unless the product is faulty. All goods should be in the original condition of purchase.

If, at the sole discretion of Oscar & Lulu, a returned item is determined to not be in a re-saleable condition, Oscar & Lulu reserves the right to refuse refund or replacement.

Postage costs will not be refunded, and any return postage to Oscar & Lulu is payable by the customer.

BACKORDERS

If a product is listed on our website as available on backorder then there will be a waiting time for us to restock the item before we ship it to you.

When you’ve purchased an item on backorder, we’ll advise you of estimated shipping date as soon as we can.

You can also contact us before you make a purchase to enquire how long an item will be out of stock.

Please also note that in the case of a customer buying a product incorrectly listed as in stock. Oscar & Lulu will contact the customer and the customer can choose to either:

Purchase the item on back order
Be refunded for the item
Choose an alternative item to buy (and pay the difference in value)

VOUCHERS & COUPONS

If you’ve purchased or won a discount voucher for Oscar & Lulu, please note that these vouchers are for individual use. This means that only 1 voucher may be applied to any single order.

Please enter the voucher code on the cart, or checkout on the page to redeem your voucher.

PRICING, TAXES AND IMPORT DUTIES

All prices are quoted in AUS Dollars and include where appropriate, sales tax. Any import duties or taxes and customs or clearance charges that are payable in the recipient's country are solely the responsibility of the recipient. They will not be refunded by us should you wish to cancel your order or to return any goods to us for exchange or refund. All payments must be in AUS Dollars. We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard and Paypal.
